Terms of Service

ClickLeadz ("we," "us," or "our") provides a lead management platform via a Chrome extension and web application (the "Service"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and ClickLeadz, governing your use of the Service. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you are prohibited from using the Service.

Acceptance: These Terms form a contract with ClickLeadz, including its affiliates. We may amend these Terms at our discretion, effective upon posting with an updated "Effective Date." Continued use constitutes acceptance. If you disagree with revised Terms, cease using the Service.

Description: The Service is a SaaS platform for B2B lead generation, enabling Users to capture, organize, and manage leads through lead capture automation, Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) creation, and omnichannel engagement, with integrations to LinkedIn, Google Sheets, and Google Calendar.

General Obligations: You must use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws, including GDPR and CCPA. You are responsible for all activities under your account and the accuracy and legality of data you input.

Data Protection: You agree to collect, process, and store personal data (e.g., names, email addresses) in accordance with data protection laws, obtaining necessary consents and honoring data subject rights.

Prohibited Conduct: You shall not:

• Use the Service for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
• Upload harmful, defamatory, or obscene content.
• Attempt unauthorized access or introduce malicious code.
• Infringe on ClickLeadz's, Users', or third parties' rights.
• Cause harm or disruption to ClickLeadz or others.

Refund Policy: ClickLeadz offers:

• Eligibility: Full refunds within 14 days of initial payment if the Service does not meet expectations.
• Procedure: Contact support@clickleadz.net within 14 days with account details and reason. Refunds are processed in 5–10 business days.
• Non-Refundable: No refunds after 14 days, including for renewals or upgrades.
• Cancellation: Terminate subscriptions via support@clickleadz.net, effective at the end of the billing cycle.

Intellectual Property: All content, software, and trademarks (the "Content") are owned by ClickLeadz or its licensors, protected by copyright and trademark laws. Users receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Content for Service purposes only. Reproduction or modification without consent is prohibited.

Termination: ClickLeadz may suspend or terminate your access without notice for breaches of these Terms or harmful conduct. Upon termination, access ceases, and no refunds are owed.

Privacy: Your use is subject to our Privacy Policy, detailing data collection and protection per GDPR and CCPA. Data is processed solely for lead management, not marketing.

Third-Party Integrations: The Service integrates with Google Sheets and CRMs. ClickLeadz is not liable for third-party performance or data practices. You must comply with their terms.

Indemnification: You agree to indemnify ClickLeadz against claims from your use, breaches, or violations of laws or rights.

Governing Law: Governed by Delaware law, with disputes resolved via arbitration in Delaware per American Arbitration Association rules.
